General Terms and Conditions (GTC) 1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, deliveries, and other services between GM-Überdachung (hereinafter "Provider") and its customers in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded. 2. Conclusion of Contract The presentation of products and services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to the customer to place an order. A contract is only concluded with an express confirmation from the provider or with the delivery of the ordered goods or the provision of the service. 3. Prices and Terms of Payment All prices include the applicable statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs or additional costs are shown separately. Payment is made at the customer's discretion by advance payment, PayPal, credit card, or another payment method offered by the provider. 4. Delivery and Shipping Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times may vary and depend on product availability. If a product is not available, the customer will be informed immediately. The provider is entitled to make partial deliveries as long as this is reasonable for the customer. 5. Right of withdrawal Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. They can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day of receipt of the goods or, in the case of services, on the conclusion of the contract. The withdrawal must be made in writing (e.g. by email or letter) or by returning the goods. Further details on the right of withdrawal can be found in the cancellation policy. 6. Warranty and liability The statutory warranty rights apply. The provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health. The provider is only liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations. 7. Data protection The protection of personal data is very important to the provider. The collection, processing and use of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in the privacy policy. 8. Final provisions Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions is the registered office of the provider, to the extent permitted by law.
